Payment

All payment should be fully paid upon the confirmation of the order. All payment are non-refundable.

Payment can be made by cash, ATM or online banking transfer.
Change / Cancellation of Order

No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / plants / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours is required for bouquets / baskets; and 2 weeks notice is required for wedding or other floral decoration arrangements.

All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Any order shall be made 7 days in advance to guarantee the availability of the chosen flowers
Delivery Charge

There will be an extra charges for Outlying Islands and New Territories areas
Seasonal Availability

Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers / arrangements shown are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.

As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown photo references. However, we will make every effort to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

Casablanca Flower Workshop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Casablanca Flower Workshop shall remain final.
